The Palms Zanzibar
Seven Villas, One Ocean, Infinite SerenityZanzibar
Perched along the powder-white sands of Bwejuu Beach on Zanzibar’s southeast coast, The Palms Zanzibar is an ultra-exclusive, adults-only sanctuary comprised of just seven private villas. Each villa spans over 140 m² and is artfully designed with warm, natural tones and a blend of local Swahili and colonial influences. Guests enjoy spacious living areas, ensuite bathrooms, private plunge pools, furnished terraces, and sweeping views of the Indian Ocean.
Despite its intimate size, The Palms delivers on world-class luxury and service. The resort operates on an all-inclusive model, serving exquisite fusion cuisine at its restaurant and offering full access to spa treatments, water sports, and cultural experiences. For added versatility, guests are also welcomed to make use of the facilities at its sister properties nearby — including wellness, dive, and recreation centers.
The Palms comprises seven private villas, each more than 140 square meters in size.
Each villa includes:
- A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and freestanding bathtub
- A second bedroom (often with two twin beds) with its own en-suite bathroom
- A living room / lounge area
- A walk-in dressing room
The Palms Hotel - A large furnished terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean
- A private plunge pool on the terrace
- Modern conveniences such as air conditioning, satellite/TV, mini bar, safe, tea/coffee making facilities
- The décor of the villas blends colonial elegance and traditional Swahili / island motifs, with neutral tones, warm wood, silk drapery, and polished floors.
- In some descriptions, the villa layout is noted as 193 sq meters for a “The Palms Villa” (master + second bedroom + living room + terrace + plunge pool).
