Mfuwe Lodge is famously known as “the lodge where elephants walk through”, as entire elephant families pass through the reception area each year between late October and mid-December to feast on wild mangoes. The open-plan lounge, dining, and bar areas overlook the lagoons, while comfortable thatched chalets are scattered through tranquil gardens. With excellent guiding, thoughtful facilities, and a strong connection to conservation and community, Mfuwe Lodge offers a classic yet immersive South Luangwa safari experience.
